With 18 years of sales, marketing experience Heidi moved to Mexico in 2004, at that time she held a Real Estate Salesperson License and California Appraiser License. During the first three years she worked as an Investment Specialist and Project Manager for Coldwell Banker, where she received the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society award each year. Heidi was proactively involved with AMPI real estate association/sections, locally and internationally. AMPI is the Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios, the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals.  AMPI is affiliated with and the equivalent of NAR the National Association of Realtors in the USA and CREA - Canadian Real Estate Association in Canada, whose members work together under a strict code of ethics. 

Serving as VP of Memberships for AMPI Chapter 51 in 2005, Heidi led a proactive campaign to register the real estate agents in complying with the Sonoran Real Estate & Registry Law. Later in 2008-09 serving as VP of MLS Heidi was instrumental in merging two Real Estate Boards and implementing a single MLS for AMPI Chapter 51 which mirrored policies and procedures used in the USA & Canada. 

In early 2007 Heidi redirected her energy and enthusiasm to a new endeavor “The Mexico Real Estate & Yacht Club”, the first multi fractional ownership program of its kind in Mexico. This company specialized in luxury and unique beachfront investment opportunities, breaking the mold of traditional fractional homeownership within Mexico. In the late summer of 2007 Mexico Real Estate & Yacht Club merged with Century 21 Sun & Sand. Heidi was named Director General / CEO and Designated Broker, the franchise operated in Sonora then in Cancun from 2010-2013. During these years Heidi was instrumental in creating the first "Selling Resort Real Estate in Mexico" courses designed for Century 21 Mexico. 

During 2013 Heidi redirected her energy once again to new heights, after transferring her Century 21 Franchise she embarked on a new mission to serve the real estate professionals throughout Mexico. Serving as AMPI Cancun VP of MLS and subsequently as the CEO of AQR MLS, she focused her efforts towards finding, obtaining and working to implement the highest quality bilingual MLS system available to real estate professionals in North America for Mexico.  The real estate community received this technology during 2018 from Terminus Sistema Global via AQR MLS efforts in the Quintana Roo region, delivering CoreLogic Matrix MLS, SentriLock lockboxes and zipForm Plus, interconnected, all in a bi-lingual and dual currency format. 

After completing this project Heidi chose to return home in early 2019 to Philadelphia, PA to be with her family and to work with bright MLS. With 100,000+ members she truly enjoyed connecting with the real estate industry as an MLS Coach. Heidi then embarked on a new path in her career, circling back to be with Coldwell Banker as a National Real Estate Instructor in May 2022. She is thrilled to be working to educate Coldwell Banker agents internationally. 

Heidi is widely known in the professional community as one who acts with the highest standards of ethical conduct and is dedicated to professionalism within the international real estate industry.
